You charged me, but i didn't get my purchase

If you still don't see the delivery of the purchase, it’s probably because:

  • There might be a delay in delivery from the game side. If you’ve completed a payment and already have an Xsolla receipt, contact the game’s support team with this receipt to confirm the delivery of goods.
  • Funds were mistakenly deposited to the wrong account. Please check your receipt and contact the game’s support if the purchase was made in the wrong account.
  • You’ve purchased a pre-order but the game is not released yet.  The release date will be stated on the game’s official website and you can always check there.
  • Your payment attempt was not successful as it was declined by our security system. You will see the error message on the payment page. Please note that the charge will not clear, and the money will be back in your account within 1-10 days.
