As an Xsolla Wallet customer, your account is subject to aggregate limits based on all transactions received into your Xsolla Money Account. Therefore, specific transactions, such as deposits, will add to your utilized limit. Fees and refunds are excluded from the calculation.

Below is information about the limit thresholds for your Xsolla Wallet:

  • Immediately after registering your Xsolla Money Account and completing verification, you will have a transaction limit of up to $999.00

  • Once your bank account is confirmed, you will have a transaction limit of up to $15,000.00. To confirm your bank account, simply connect it to your Xsolla Money Account.
