HOW DO I GET A REFUND FOR MY PHYSICAL PRODUCT?

Your satisfaction is very important to us. You may request a refund or replacement for the defective, damaged or incorrect physical product within 28 days of receiving it. Afterward, the order is not eligible for cancellation.

Returned physical products must be in their original condition, including all packaging.

When requesting a return or replacement for a defective, damaged, or incorrect physical product, please upload the photo.

Please note that in orders with multiple items, you can only select one option to replace or return those items, not a mixture of replace and return.

To request a refund or replacement for your physical product fill out the correct form with the information from your receipt. That’s all you need to do for your request to be reviewed. So, find your order receipt and start tapping.
