HOW CAN I REGISTER AN ACCOUNT?

  • In order to create your account go to https://wallet.xsolla.com/ or click on the icon below, you will be redirected to the Xsolla Wallet account website. Enter your email address that is linked to your game account and verify it.

  • Secure your account and enter the phone number that will be linked to your account.

  • After that, you will see your purchases in your Xsolla Wallet account if you have payments in our system with the email address you registered with.

  • If you don’t see any purchases, add them manually from the receipts you got from Xsolla.

To secure your account, we may ask for your phone number. After you enter your phone number, we will send an SMS with a code that you need to enter on the next page of the registration process.

Unfortunately, if you have lost access to your email or changed the phone number you registered with and cannot verify it, you won’t be able to log into your account. Please create a new account.
