What I would need a receipt for?

  • If the game account was banned or blocked on the game’s side, the game support will ask you to provide a payment receipt from Xsolla in order to restore access.
  • In order to confirm your payment to the game (in case you have not received your purchase), you might need to provide a receipt from Xsolla.
