Please note that physical pre-orders can be canceled only before the order has shipped.

Enter the order info from the Pre-Order Confirmation email and hit the button. It’s all you need to do for your request to be reviewed.
Please note that the pre-order cancellation request applies to all the items in the order and can’t be cancelled once submitted.
