There are three reasons why Amazon payments are not successful:

  • The payment was declined by Amazon, so we weren’t able to process the payment. Contact the Amazon team to resolve this issue.
  • You were attempting to use Amazon gift cards as a funding source. This type of source is not supported outside of Amazon.
  • Our security system declined your payment attempt. You may see an error 1092: your payment was declined for security reasons. Please contact our customer support for further assistance at help.xsolla.com

If funds were withdrawn, the transaction will be instantly refunded to your Amazon account. Please contact us so we will be able to verify your payment account.
