HOW CAN I CLOSE MY XSOLLA MONEY ACCOUNT?

To close an Xsolla Money Account, follow the steps below:

  • The account must have a zero balance;
  • If your account has a balance, those funds will need to be withdrawn to an external account;
  • Contact customer support and request the account to be closed.
