HOW CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

The information about regular billing is provided on the site before completing the payment and most subscriptions are automatically charged unless otherwise stated. You can manage your subscriptions in the Subscription section in your Xsolla Wallet Account.

If you were unable to cancel your subscription, please contact us.

Please be aware that we can only assist with canceling subscriptions if your payment was processed through Xsolla. If the receipt indicates that the payment was processed by Google Play, Apple Play or the game itself, kindly reach out to their support for additional assistance.

Epic Games, Ubisoft and LogicLike subscriptions can only be cancelled from respective game accounts.
