If you bought a digital version of a game or in-game currency, please log into your Babka account and submit a refund request from the Purchases section. Simply click on the payment details and fill out the form for a refund request. Please note that you can submit a refund request only if a payment was successful. 

If you bought a physical copy of a game, fill out the correct form with the information from your receipt. That’s all you need to do for your request to be reviewed. So, find your order receipt and start typing.
