I need a refund for a physical product

Your satisfaction is very important to us. You may request a refund or replacement for the defective, damaged, or incorrect physical product within 28 days of receiving it. Afterwards the order is not eligible for a cancellation.

Returned physical products must be in their original condition, including all packaging.

When requesting a return or replacement for the defective, damaged, or incorrect physical product, please upload the photo.

Please note that in orders with multiple items, you can only select one option to replace or return those items, not a mixture of replace and return.

  • You may request a return or replacement within 28 days of receiving.
  • You can only submit one RMA request per order.
