If you’re still waiting for what you bought, it’s probably because:
- There’s a problem on the game side. If you’ve completed a payment and already have an Xsolla receipt, contact support for your game with this receipt to confirm the delivery of goods.
- Funds were mistakenly deposited to the wrong account. Please check your receipt and contact support for your game if the purchase was made to the wrong account.
- You’ve purchased a pre-order, and the delivery date hasn’t yet arrived.
